My name is Sarah McCallum and I’ve been in the real estate industry for 12 years. Starting as a receptionist/property manager, then shortly after being promoted to a senior property manager/business developement manager for a 5 year period, I then saw an opportunity to become a Sales Consultant in 2015. As of the end of 2021, I made the decision to start my own business working with the Area Specialist brand. This was a big and exciting move, and I look forward to being able to provide the same level of service my clients expect, as I pride myself on my communication and negotiation skills, all the while still being flexible to work around my two children.

Sarah was welcoming when attending the open home. We placed an offer on the property and that was when the experience turned to poor. Stacey called me and told me that if we didn’t increase our offer (within range) by 10k, don’t bother calling her back. Since moving in we have messaged Sarah requesting her assistance with a few things in which she advised she would follow up, but no response, 2 months later. Keys were meant to be left with my father as we were away, they were left in a lockbox.
